Unfortunately you cannot distribute zero stars here! Incredibly rude staff. Pizza has been delivered twice with hair on the pizza! After that, complaints were only rudely received on the phone and even insulted! Money back was promised, but not followed up !!! Never again!!!!

If you are honest and take a close look at this mediocre snack bar, you quickly notice that the shop is absolutely not recommended. Starting with the unspectacular food (please only look at the pictures of the other reviews), which already gives you stomach ache when you look at it, through the delivery, which usually does not exist at all because nothing arrives (although you asked friendly after an hour) to the creative pricing even pick-up, where it is made clear that the prices in the app are not right .. I can't think of anything .. If you are hungry and want to eat well, take a closer look, because Idstein has really good food But definitely not eat there, so please avoid it at the shop ..

I like to order from Bruzzelstubb the food is super delicious and I will definitely order again. I have now ordered a number of times and was or am always satisfied. But yesterday I was a little upset about the driver. Gave me the food and stopped at the doorstep and cheekily asked for a tip! He stopped until I gave him 2 euros! In my opinion, this is not okay and there will certainly be no more tips for this driver. Contactless were therefore not possible! That is why I give 4 stars. The deduction of the 5th star is due to the driving staff because of this audacity to give the customers the necessary tip.

I really like the schnitzel from here. When delivering food, you always have to make normal cuts in terms of heat and strength (e.g. for potato products). If you don't see that, you have to move yourself;) Some reviews don't understand here at all. As I said, it tastes very good and I like to order again and again! Excellent!

Was really pleasantly surprised. Never ordered there, only my dear Augello and the brick hut were closed, so we needed a quick alternative. I took a schnitzel and my wife a salad and pizza for the child. I was already looking forward to a lumpy industrial schnitzel, I was so hungry. What came was really appealing. Even thought so far that you didn't just pour the sauce onto the schnitzel. I will order again soon.

Had ordered pizza some time ago, were quite good. Today 2 schnitzel and both came without a salad. And one with mushrooms and onions has been drowned in oil. Tasty with schnitzel only 1 star ... Disappointing.

The food is reasonably good! However, apparently they can not read! I was in Idstein in the hotel unfortunately without a restaurant. Have ordered a clazone please with cutlery came without OK clazone you can also eat out of hand! 2 days later I ordered a cordon Bleu and pointed out again on cutlery! Came back without! Simply top, friendly, fast and the pizzas are delicious :)

Waited more than an hour for the order, although less time was specified. Then the pizza bread was completely labbelig and not cut ... I could have also eaten cardboard, the pizza bread to Buschetta tasted like nothing and the sauce for salad tastes of unseasoned yoghurt ... will try again, as there is always a slip can and I give everything a second chance, but would not have to be again.

First the short version for everyone who doesn't want to read as much: My order was two large pizzas (diameter 30 cm), I received two small pizzas (diameter 26 cm). When I wanted to report about it by phone, I was put up as a liar and got the friendly tip that if the pizza didn't suit me, I wouldn't have to order there in the future. In addition, a pizza was coated with almost no tomato sauce. The other pizza, which I ordered with a double amount of Hollandaise sauce, was ok on the topping. Detailed version: Due to the good reviews, we decided to order our food here this afternoon. We have ordered two large pizzas (diameter 30 cm). The pizzas arrived here after a reasonable time, but the driver had no change and said he would come back in about 30 minutes so I can pay. Of course he read the pizzas here. When we arrived in the apartment we immediately noticed that the pizzas somehow looked "small" ... normally you are not so picky that you put on a ruler, but in this case I did it and lo and behold, the "big" ones Pizzas had the diameter of the pizzas advertised as "small", 26 cm. When I called to report it, they didn't want to know anything about it. It said that could not be, a 30 cm pan was used and I was portrayed as a liar. I should come over and have a look at the pan size .. which of course helps me to be shown some pan when I have the pizza with a ruler in front of it and it is clearly 26 cm and not 30 cm in diameter. With the friendly note "if the pizza doesn't suit you, you don't need to order here anymore", I was then taken off. The driver, who later reappeared here, was contacted by his boss in the meantime and had also received the information that the pizzas were 30 cm in diameter. However, he was more insightful than his boss when I showed him the photo (of course we didn't leave the pizzas around for 30 minutes without eating them) and accepted the price for two small pizzas when I told him that I didn't I'm willing to pay more than what I've received. In addition, the pizza was coated with so little tomato sauce that there was practically no sauce between the ingredients and the dough, but the dough only had a slight reddish touch in some places. The other pizza, which I ordered with a double amount of Hollandaise sauce, was ok on the topping. Conclusion: I will follow the advice of my interlocutor on the phone and will never order here again.
